Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without stating a reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes receipt of the goods. When delivering several items as part of a single order and delivering them separately, the cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes receipt of the final item.

Your decision to cancel the contract must be clearly stated (e.g. in a letter sent by post, by telefax or by email).

You can use the attached standard cancellation form, although this is not obligatory. You can electronically complete the standard cancellation form or any other clear declaration and send it via our website at www.clever-storage-shop.de. If you use this option, we will immediately (e.g. by email) send you confirmation that we have received the cancellation request. In order to meet the terms of the cancellation period, you simply need to inform us of your decision to exercise your right to cancel before the cancellation period expires.

The consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must reimburse any payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs due to you opting for a different type of delivery than the lowest priced standard delivery offered by us) immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your decision to cancel this contract. To reimburse you, we will use the same method of payment used by you in the original transaction, unless a different method has been expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you incur any charges as a result of this reimbursement.

You must return the goods immediately and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to cancel the contract. Please return them to:

The goods can be sent or returned in person.

The terms of the cancellation period are met if you dispatch the good before the 14-day period expires. You must cover the immediate cost of returning the goods. The cost is estimated to be no higher than EUR 15. You must only pay for any loss in value suffered by the goods if this loss in value is attributable to them being handled in an unnecessary manner for the purposes of checking their condition, features or functionality.
