Keep moving!

Optimisations and updates have been carried out, and it’s been worth the effort. Kesseböhmer Ergonomics once again wowed visitors to Interzum 2019 with its innovative office solutions ‘Made in Baden-Württemberg’, which demonstrate the peerless cutting-edge technology from the specialist in ergonomics with its precision and smooth operation.

Above all, the new A9 drive system which significantly improves the smooth running of the electric-powered lift systems. The company’s ‘everything from a single source’ maxim adds significant value in this. This is the only way to guarantee optimal intertwining of processes, precisely meeting the requirements of the guide columns. In addition, the implementation of collision detection has enabled maximum safety, as the FSR sensor responds far more sensitively to collisions, but does not respond to swaying.

Kesseböhmer Ergonomics has also succeeded in expanding its leading position worldwide in the field of pneumatic, unplugged lift systems. For example, the functionality of virtually the entire product range, which has been successful for many years, has been optimised, with many practical aspects added. Special attention was paid to user-friendliness, from considerably simplified assembly to exceptional ease of use in relation to height adjustment. Using modern hydro-lift technology, a special compression spring that enables the height of the table to be adjusted by simply manually pressing or lifting the tabletop was integrated. A special retaining function inside the column enables the table to be locked in place at any height. This pneumatic lift option is concealed in highly intricate columns and now also enables tables to be configured to ideal ergonomic heights in lounge areas according to individual needs.

Having a diverse range of furniture is becoming increasingly important in modern office environments. A requirement that the multi-functional HoFF KET table frame from the design line masters with ease. Infinitely variable via gas pressure spring, it adapts to ergonomic demands and ensures, even in the case of off-centre pressures, rapid changes between different positions. This innovative table frame has just been used as a group work table, and now with a single movement, it is transformed into a whiteboard for the presentation. Once the meeting is over, HoFF KET is simply rolled away to save space.

blankPneumatically and motor-powered table frames have been the core area of expertise of the ergonomics specialist from Weilheim for decades. A range of products which has included the smart office solution YOYO smart ergonomics since 2018. The idea of combining non-territorial office concepts with ergonomic workstation control satisfies the demand for greater flexibility in the modern working world. Entrepreneurs and building operators, whose facility management systems YOYO can be integrated into, can thus achieve significantly improve the utilisation of their office space. In addition, YOYO users can determine the location of their smart office themselves and simply take their customised ergonomic settings along with them using the YOYO app. Until now, global room bookings and workstation control were only possible via smartphone, but, just in time for Interzum 2019, this convenience is now also available on PCs via YOYO desktop, on tablets or via smart voice control, with the same intuitive user experience. The product range also includes lockers controlled via YOYO Lockers and the YOYO Busy Light, which displays the current status of the workstation at all times.
