Thanks to the special winding and even more precisely arranged coils, we have achieved a movement speed of 75mm/s with no loss of system performance.
Our engineers have achieved significant optimisation in terms of safety. As a result of continued refinement of the release mechanism, false triggers caused by rocking are almost entirely eliminated. Important advances have also been made in relation to collision detection. For example, adjustments made to the FSR sensor have significantly improved detection behaviour, which can be calibrated in as many as five sensitivity levels with the new Kesseböhmer ControlBasic and ControlAdvance units.
Developed entirely in-house, the A9 drive system is suitable for all desk columns. The A9 Q works with Kesseböhmer’s own ControlBasic, ControlAdvance, Smart, Smart neo and Lieco+ control units and is backward-compatible with all controls available since January 2017.
